Points System

Race winners are awarded 175 points, with five
fewer points going to each position in among 
the top-five finishers. Positions six through
10 have their points reduced by four points for
each finishing position. From 11th place through
the end of the field, the total points awarded 
are reduced by three for each finishing spot.  
Five bonus points are awarded to each driver who 
leads a lap and an additional five points goes to 
the driver who leads the most laps in a race.
