Positives: College cornerback who projects to safety in the NFL. Aggressive, works hard to get involved in the action and quickly gets up the field to defend the run. Easily changes direction, fluid opening his hips and loses nothing in transition. Displays a sense of timing in pass defense. Quickly closes to the action. Aggressive, lays his shoulders into ballcarriers and is a solid open-field tackler.

Negatives: Lacks a quick and fluid backpedal. Really does not drive to the ball out of his plant. Indecisive in coverage.

Analysis: Lynn has been a solid college player, but he does not consistently play at the level scouts think he's capable of. He's a tough run defender who must improve his play in coverage, and Lynn could be a very good dime back/special teams player at the next level.
