PLAYERS
Biography: Started nine games as a senior, finishing the year with 41 receptions/609 yards/3 TDs. Also averaged 11 yards on 11 punt returns
and 23.7 yards on 25 kick returns. Junior totals included career-best numbers of 43/743/3 when he again started nine contests.
Positives: Small yet fast receiver with home-run speed. Displays a terrific burst, can turn it on in a single step and displays speed in a straight line and on crossing routes. Adjusts to make tough catches. Uses his frame to shield away defenders. Looks the ball into his hands and affectively makes over-the-shoulder catches downfield. Lethal return specialist. Negatives: Small and loses out in battles. Not a sturdy receiver and finishes plays by running out of bounds. Does not display consistent hands. Analysis: Benjamin lacks the size to start at the next level, but his speed is an enticing. He possesses the ability to break the long play anytime the ball is in his hands. Benjamin is worth consideration in the late rounds and is a developmental prospect who can be used as a fifth receiver/return specialist. Projection: 6th
